Overview

Al-Bunya for Investment and Services is one of Libya’s leading companies in the fields of real estate development and sovereign infrastructure services. Established in 2009 following the dissolution of the General Postal Company, Al-Bunya inherited key assets, including real estate and infrastructure associated with Libya’s telecommunications sector.

Since its inception, the company has worked to expand its role in national development by investing in large-scale real estate projects and delivering high-quality logistical and technical services. Today, it stands as the largest state-owned real estate company in Libya, playing a vital role in shaping the country’s economic future.

Al-Bunya Company – Vision 2023 Brochure

My Role:

Full creative design of the brochure with a modern layout that reflects the company’s forward-looking identity.

Art direction and visual production, ensuring consistency with Al-Bunya’s brand image and strategic tone.

Hands-on supervision of the printing process, from material selection to quality control, to ensure a premium final product.

Brochure Highlights:

The brochure outlined the company's vision built on three key pillars:

1. Digital Transformation

Upgrading internal systems and implementing modern digital platforms to enhance transparency and operational efficiency.

2. Service Excellence

Elevating the quality of services, improving transportation infrastructure, and expanding into new sectors with unmatched professionalism.

3. Real Estate Development

Forming strategic local and international partnerships to launch innovative real estate projects that meet market demands and support sustainable economic growth.

Impact and Outcome:

This 36-page brochure played a crucial role in presenting Al-Bunya’s new vision in a professional and engaging format, helping the company strengthen its image among stakeholders and potential investors.

It also demonstrated my ability to bridge strategic content with creative execution, delivering a product that not only looks great but also communicates effectively.
